*The 15 Pass Option is $2,500 and the 20 Pass option is $3,000. Teams can add additional passes to either plan at the discounted rate. If needed, we offer teams the option to pay in 4 consecutive installments ($625 per payment for Package A and $750 per payment for Package B).

  • How long does the Team Subscription last?
    One (1) year from the date of purchase
  • What happens to the current subscriptions linked to my team?
    You have the option of giving it to another family member or canceling it.
  • What happens if my team already has an account with AthletesGoLive?
    From our website (not the mobile app), log in to your team account, and on the menu bar, you will see a button that says "Team Subscription". Click the button to add a Team Subscription to your account.
  • What if my team has less than fifteen (15) players?
    The team must purchase fifteen (15) passes. The other passes can be used at the teams' discretion (sold as a fundraiser, given to parents, etc).
  • What if my team has more than fifteen (15) but less than twenty (20) players?
    Teams have the option of buying additional passes at the discounted team rate. We recommend getting the option that includes twenty (20) passes, so you can sell the others as a team fundraiser.
  • What if my team has more than twenty (20) players?
    You may purchase additional passes at the discounted team rate.
  • What if my team already has the AGLV2 Camera?
    We are happy to give you the choice of two (2) great options! Teams can choose to receive either two (2) additional passes or a new camera.
  • Can we use the second camera to stream from an additional angle?
    Currently not today, but we are excited to say that multi-camera functionality is in development!
  • Does my subscription carry over into the high school season?
    Yes, you can use your pass for both high school season and travel ball season. Your pass will be active for one (1) year from the purchase date.
  • What happens to my player's subscription if they change teams before the season ends?
    You are able to adjust your player's team within their Athlete Profile. You can also adjust the team your player is on from your fan pass.
  • What if a player picks up with our team for a tournament, but is not a permanent roster player?
    They have to purchase their own AthletesGoLive pass directly.
  • How does payment work for Team Subscriptions?
    The team will make the payment. From there, the team adds the list of roster players along with the player's emails to give each player access to the Team Subscription.
  • What does the team have to do in order to get the full 40% off?
    Purchase one (1) of our two(2) team subscription options.
  • Who has control over how the subscriptions are distributed within the team?
    The head coach or team administrators.
